Integrated Services CEM started in year 2000 by Michel S. Chalhoub and recently re-launched as a network of multidisciplinary experts in engineering including civil, structural, environmental, construction management, and information technology development, teamed from industry practice, academic, and research communities to provide strategic consultancy, project design, value engineering, independent peer review, and forensic engineering. Our environmental practice includes water and natural resource management, societal and environmental impact assessment, valuation, and environmental management advisory services. IS-CEM joins decades of practice with leading engineering and management companies and academic institutions over a diverse geographic coverage.

Integrity guides our services to achieve tangible results for our clients and society. Respect for the natural environment is part of our philosophy as evidenced by our preservation and environmental valuation approach. Social responsibility is reflected in our practice in community resilience, services to environmental NGOs, in our policy development and publications.
Since its inception, IS-CEM puts social responsibility into practice. Projects that we offer yearly to local communities on a pro-bono basis are selected and scoped on a case-by-case basis.
